Hyderabad, 10th July 2025: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), the apex body representing private real estate developers across the country, has announced the much-anticipated CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2025, scheduled to take place from 15th to 17th August at HITEX Exhibition Centre. Themed “Choice is Yours”, this year’s edition aims to empower homebuyers with reliable information and a wide selection of RERA-approved properties from leading CREDAI member developers.
The announcement was made in the presence of the CREDAI Hyderabad leadership team, including Mr. N Jaideep Reddy (President), Mr. B Jagannath Rao (President-Elect), Mr. K Kranti Kiran Reddy (General Secretary), Mr. Kurra Srinath (Convenor), and Mr. Aravind Rao Mechineni (Co-Convenor). Other key office bearers present were Mr. Manoj Kumar Agarwal, Mr. K. Anil Reddy, and Mr. Y. CREDAI Hyderabad aims to dispel myths around the real estate sector by showcasing only RERA-approved projects from reputed developers. The Property Show will feature a wide spectrum of real estate options — apartments, villas, plots, and commercial spaces — from across Hyderabad. Visitors will find everything under one roof, making it a convenient, trustworthy, and comprehensive experience for prospective buyers.
Real Estate Market on a Growth Trajectory
Highlighting the strength of Hyderabad’s real estate market, Mr. N Jaideep Reddy, President of CREDAI Hyderabad, said,

Property registrations crossed ₹4,300 crore in May 2025 alone, marking a 14% YoY growth.
