India’s First B2G Revenue Accelerator, iCollab, Launched in Hyderabad to Tap $700 Billion Public Procurement Market

Hyderabad, April 4, 2025— In a groundbreaking move for India’s startup ecosystem, the iCollab Hub Foundation (iCollab), an initiative by Raminfo Limited, officially launched the country’s first Business-to-Government (B2G) revenue accelerator in Hyderabad yesterday. Aimed at bridging the gap between innovative startups and the $700 billion public procurement market, iCollab promises to revolutionize how early-stage ventures engage with government opportunities.

The launch event, held in the city, was attended by prominent dignitaries, including Shri D Sridhar Babu Garu, Hon’ble Minister for Information Technology, Electronics & Communications, Industries & Commerce, and Legal Affairs, Government of Telangana. Other notable speakers included Dr. J A Chowdary, Founder of ISF and former IT Advisor to the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh; Aloria G. R., IAS (Retd.), former Chief Secretary of Gujarat, and Sujit Jagirdar, CEO of T-Hub, alongside various industry leaders and ecosystem enablers.

iCollab is designed to create a collaborative ecosystem that connects startups offering disruptive solutions with government agencies seeking innovation for public welfare and administration. Operating out of a dedicated 25,000 sq. ft. office space in Hyderabad, the accelerator provides founders with a dynamic environment to learn, collaborate, and scale their ventures. Leveraging Raminfo Limited’s 30 years of expertise, iCollab offers hands-on support in proposal development, policy navigation, and eligibility credentials, alongside procurement readiness programs and strategic partnerships.

Speaking at the event, Shri D Sridhar Babu emphasized the initiative’s potential to drive public-private partnerships. “Startups often struggle to navigate public procurement, which is a massive market requiring innovative solutions. iCollab provides the tools, expertise, and networks they need to succeed. The Government of Telangana is fully committed to supporting such initiatives that strengthen our state’s innovation ecosystem,” he said.

Shri L. Srinath Reddy, Chairman of iCollab Hub Foundation and Managing Director of Raminfo Limited, outlined the accelerator’s ambitious vision. “Government procurement in India represents a $700 billion opportunity for startups, but accessing it is a challenge. At iCollab, we’re building an ecosystem where startups can seamlessly integrate with government initiatives and scale sustainably. Our goal is to help 100 startups generate ₹100 crore in revenue by 2030,” he stated.

Shri Bhanu Prakash Reddy Varla, Board Member of iCollab and Partner & Director of Growth and Strategy at Plural Technology Pvt Ltd, added, “We believe in fostering innovation through collaboration.
