Reliance Jio Unveils AI Powerhouse: Jio Brain

Mumbai, India – August 29, 2024Reliance Industries Ltd. (RIL) chairman Mukesh Ambani today announced the development of Jio Brain, a comprehensive artificial intelligence (AI) service platform, at the company’s 47th annual general meeting.

Jio Brain, a suite of AI platforms and tools, is currently undergoing testing within the Reliance group. Once finalized, the company plans to make it available to enterprises in the near future.

Ambani emphasized Jio’s commitment to integrating generative AI into all aspects of its operations. This includes creating end-to-end workflows powered by real-time data insights and automation.

To cater to specific needs, Jio will also introduce AI Vyapar, an AI platform tailored for merchants and small businesses, and JioInstitute, an AI platform designed for students.

In addition to these AI initiatives, Ambani unveiled the concept of connected intelligence. This cloud infrastructure will enable users to access cloud AI services from any device, anywhere, with minimal latency.

As Jio continues to innovate and leverage AI technology, the company is poised to play a significant role in shaping the future of AI-driven solutions and services in India.
