iPhone Pro Models to be Manufactured in India starting in 2024: Apple

The electronics giant Apple decided to produce the high-end Pro models in India as a strategic move to diversify its supply chain and lessen reliance on China amid geopolitical tensions and economic issues. Apple’s growth in the Indian market has been unparalleled the demand for iPhones has risen, making India an important market.


According to multiple reports from leading global tech publications, including Bloomberg, Apple’s key manufacturing partner, Foxconn, will commence assembly of the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max models at its Tamil Nadu facility within weeks of their global launch this fall.
