Dr J A Chowdary, who is credited as “one of the key architects” of the HITEC City and Cyberabad in Hyderabad, as the keynote speaker, shed light on the growth of the Indian startup ecosystem and the emergence of advanced technologies, emphasizing Pune’s significance as a thriving city for startups. In a Fireside Chat, Dr J A Chowdary and Talees Rizvi discussed various aspects of AI tech development, underscoring the significance of GENAI in driving progress across different sectors. Dr Chowdary encouraged Indian startups to embrace AI, emphasizing the necessity of proper guidance in navigating these new technologies. CEO of Bitwise, Dhwanit Malani, highlighted the transformative power of technology, especially AI, stressing the importance of human involvement to ensure responsible and meaningful advancements across industries. The discussion also explored the relationship between GenAI and education, focusing on bridging the gap between industry and academia. Vaibhav Singh highlighted GenAI’s role in personalising learning and fostering innovation, which aims to create a skilled workforce for the future.
