The second edition of the India Tech Talent League (ITTL ‘23) will be held in Bangalore on November 2. ITTL 2023 is a confluence of industry, academia, and skilling partners. It aims to counter technology disruption with innovation and reshape talent by creating a level-playing field as an equal opportunity platform, By leveraging India’s demographic dividend and talent landscape, ITTL aims to enable institutions and businesses to stay ahead of the curve. The strategic initiative will provide a competitive edge unlocking unprecedented growth opportunities like never before, said Chinmay Kumar Dash, the founder of MyAnatomy.ai, the main organisor of the event that is powered by BW People.

The first leg of the four-city event began with a bang at T-Hub in Hyderabad on October 12th. This event set the stage for a deep exploration of how Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation are reshaping the education and employment landscape by synergizing skills and technology to drive transformation. ITTL brought together over 350 CEOs, CXOs, CHROs, academic leaders, industry experts, and thought leaders. The overarching theme of ITTL 2023 was “Talent – Technology – Transformation.”

Key Discussions and Insights at ITTL Hyderabad: During this day-long event, attendees engaged in presentations, panel discussions, roundtables, and awards ceremonies all centered around the core theme of “TALENT-TECHNOLOGY-TRANSFORMATION.” The prevailing message was crystal clear: AI and Automation are here to stay, and we must harness their potential to enhance productivity, efficiency, and employability.

Dr. J. A. Chowdary, Founder, Architect, and former Special Chief Secretary & IT Advisor to the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, in his keynote address emphasized India’s need to adapt to the rapid disruption caused by AI and Automation, citing a report suggesting that up to 90% of work could be automated, potentially leading to job losses. He called upon the government, industry, and educational institutions to take proactive measures to ensure employment for millions of graduates.

Two panel discussions ‘Disruption to Innovation: How AI and Automation Are Reshaping Talent Management,’ and ‘Future of Education & Employability in the AI & Automation Era,’ were followed by fireside chat and awards and recognitions.
