AVINYA an Education Innovation Festival was held at T-Hub

WhatIsMyGoal, Kalative, Robokalam, Zarc, Nexteen, Edodwaja, Stabuzz and four other innovative edtech startups, with support from world’s largest innovation centre and Telangana State Innovation Cell conducted the AVINYA Fest ‘22. Schools and students in Hyderabad witnessed a one-of-its-kind education innovation festival at T-Hub on 20th October.

Speaking on the initiative, Srinivas Rao Mahankali, CEO, T-Hub said, “The greatest obstacle to innovation is fear. As an entrepreneur, one should not fear experimenting and dreaming. Breathe dreams like air. Our talented and enthusiastic Edutech entrepreneurs dreamt of organising AVINYA. Its success is just the beginning. T-Hub supports and encourages all such initiatives and we hope to make Telangana the go to space for EdTech.”

AVINYA Fest was aimed at fostering the spirit of collaboration between schools and edtech startups to encourage effective learning. It involved a series of competitions and challenges for students. With a mega competition for students named ‘Captain India’. “The competitions are a great way to encourage innovation among students and to give them a global arena to compete in. We crowned the first ever captain India-Shivangi Shreyal from Jubilee Hills Public School.” adds King, Founder and CEO, WhatIsGoal.

Delegates and students from around 100 schools attended the event. The attendees were digitally addressed by MSR – CEO to T-Hub Shanta Thoutam – Chief Innovation Officer, Telangana State Innovation Cell; Sri Charan Anna, founder of stuMagz ; Ms Seetha Murthy, Director Silver Oaks and Shankar Muralidharan, acclaimed leadership coach and director at Rishihood university also addressed the crowd.
